Urban Trek USA is an excellent resource for your San Francisco visit; providing self-guided directions for visitors to explore San Francisco like a long-time resident would, plus tips on whatever would be helpful to those who are visiting San Francisco.
My last post on about things to do in Golden Gate Park on Jan. 22, 2019 was for the Conservatory of Flowers. Right next to the Conservatory of Flowers is the Dahlia Garden (Dahlia Dell). The Dahlia is the flower of San Francisco. The Dahlias a beautiful flowers and have different varieties. According to the Golden Gate Park website, these flowers are in full bloom from from June to September. However, I took the photos and videos below between March and October so the Dahlias can be just a gorgeous during those months.

Continuing #UrbanTrekUSATips on good things to do in San Francisco Golden Gate Park, this post recommends the Conservatory of Flowers. In my prior post on the Botanical Garden (here), I mentioned the Botanical Garden is huge. The Conservatory of Flowers is a smaller area to enjoy seeing beautiful and exotic flowers. Therefore, if you have less time and are a fan of beautiful flowers, the Conservatory of Flowers is the place to visit.

As a continuation to the series for things to do in San Francisco in Golden Gate Park, this third tip is for the California Academy of Sciences. This my favorite museum in San Francisco. This museum has a planetarium, an aquarium and a rainforest in addition to the other exhibits.
What I like most is the Nightlife event every Thursday from 6:00 - 10:00 pm because it is only for adults (21+) and they offer cocktails, special exhibits and entertainment. This event is also only $15 ($22 for selected events) as compared to $39.95 (adults) during regular hours. Click here for more information about the Nightlife event. (Note: Nightlife event is not held during the holidays and will re-start on Jan. 10, 2019. Check website for holiday closure dates in the future.)
